Steven Golub

Steven has more than 12 years of accounting experience in tax planning, tax provisions and compliance and is a Director in BPM’s Tax practice.

He spent a chunk of his career assisting clients at a Big 4 accounting firm.

Steven’s clients are at all stages of the business lifecycle – from early to late-stage growth. His current and past clients include companies backed with venture capital/private equity funds, middle-market public companies and closely held businesses.

Steven serves clients in a wide variety of industries, with a large focus in technology and software, healthcare, life science and manufacturing industries.

Steven believes in collaborative approach to client service and above all values team building, transparency and effective communication.

Steven has expertise in business restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, managing multi-state and international entities, as well as day-to-day tax planning for numerous clients.

Steven holds an active CPA license in Pennsylvania.
