Paul has ten years of international tax experience, and he is a Tax Director in our San Francisco office. He holds a Master’s Degree in Taxation and a triple major MBA in accounting, finance and management. Paul specializes in domestic and international tax compliance as well as international tax planning and restructuring. He commonly assists clients with a wide variety of tax transactions, GILTI, subpart F income, international tax withholding and various tax research. He is a member of CalCPA and AICPA.
In the past, Paul has helped international tax clients identify issues related to missing forms and information, amend those returns and work with the IRS to abate penalties. Paul started his career in international tax preparing IC-DISC returns and doing transfer pricing studies. He is well-versed in all aspects of tax law. Paul prides himself in taking the time to do in-depth calculations that ensure clients ultimately save the most money possible.
Paul holds an active CPA license in California.
