Alan has been with BPM for more than 14 years and is a partner in our Santa Rosa office. His background is in auditing and performing technical consulting services for both public and privately-held companies. Alan leads our professional services industry and works closely with clients in the consumer business and technology industries. His experience includes complex equity structures, all aspects of revenue recognition, business combinations and international operations. His well-rounded background, breadth and depth of experience ensure that he can serve a broad range of clientele effectively and efficiently.
