Curt’s practice centers around client transaction structuring, including experience in acquisitions, dispositions, multi-state operations, business succession planning, and family estate planning. Curt has extensive experience in structuring, recently providing his expertise to assist a client with income tax and estate structuring in anticipation of a $90M multi-state business sale. Recently, Curt has also assisted in the tax structuring of a large mixed-use residential and commercial real estate project.

Curt holds an active CPA license in Nevada.
