Bob has 45 years of public accounting experience and is a Partner in BPM’s Orange County office. He regularly assists clients in the real estate, manufacturing, professional services, fast food and software industries.
Bob focuses on the financial success of his clients by deeply understanding their goals and objectives, structuring business and personal transactions to minimize tax liabilities, and ultimately planning for long-term success and business transitions.
In the past, Bob helped clients through long, detailed processes to prepare for sales of businesses and structure the sales for the least amount of tax liabilities.
He also helps clients prepare strategic estate plans to minimize taxes. Bob regularly works with family-owned businesses, and he has helped these clients save millions of dollars in taxes.
