Robert Henn

Robert is a Partner with BPM, specializing in client transaction structuring, including acquisitions, dispositions, multi-state operations, business succession planning, and family estate planning. With roots in the New York financial sector, and extensive experience in private equity and real estate development, Rob cuts through complexity and sees the story in the numbers.

Recently, Robert offered his almost 10 years of real estate development expertise to assist a client in a commercial real estate acquisition. The purchase of the asset was structured to preserve the holding period from the previous owner allowing them to receive long term capital gain on the exit.

Robert holds an active CPA license in Nevada.
