Over the past 16 years, Lacy Bruce has specialized in income tax accounting and reporting matters, income tax compliance and tax consulting issues for clients ranging from multinational public-SEC filers to pre-revenue startups.
She has also been responsible for managing the audit of income tax provisions for several technology and consumer business corporations.

Lacy applies a practical approach and coordinates with finance, tax and audit personnel to understand the business and company’s tax positions.

She has also been involved in large-scale financial statement conversion projects including implementation of guidance associated with Liabilities for Uncertain Tax Positions and SOX 404 testing.
