Karen Coleman is a seasoned Executive Coach and a passionate advocate for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging. With over 25 years of both domestic and international experience, she has emerged as a change agent who thrives on fostering inclusive and belonging cultures within organizations. Karen considers herself an enthusiastic and devoted Inclusion and Belonging Advocate, leading thought-provoking discussions on the vital importance of cultivating inclusive environments as the cornerstone of dynamic organizations and ensuring programs and training resonates throughout the organization.

In her role as a Senior Manager, Karen works closely with a diverse range of for-profit and nonprofit organizations. She specializes in bridging the inequity gap by meticulously assessing their status and crafting a comprehensive roadmap towards a high-performing inclusive environment. Her mission is to ensure all employees feel valued and empowered to contribute to the organization’s success.

Karen earned her Master’s in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and holds certifications in root cause analysis, team building and instructional design. She is also a distinguished Professional in Human Resources Management and a Certified Human Resources Professional.

Throughout her career, Karen has successfully led the launch of two organizations, established a regional training department in the Midwest and developed a cutting-edge Leadership Academy for a renowned global brand. With her profound expertise in organizational development, talent management, and learning and development, Karen has authored two creative books and actively engages in community service. Her innovative and creative approach serves as a catalyst for driving culture change and helping organizations achieve and sustain positive outcomes. Karen Coleman is undoubtedly an influential force in the pursuit of inclusive excellence.
