Gina is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a Master of Business Administration degree, with a specialization in operations management, from California State University, East Bay. 

She works with clients and client teams to help drive projects and strategic initiatives to their desired outcomes. Gina leverages project management tools and techniques from Waterfall, Agile, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize the execution of projects, while developing long-term business value for clients. She works to mitigate obstacles for clients and colleagues by identifying business needs and introducing process improvements, technical solutions, and professional partners to ensure client success.
