In her role as administrative director for BPM’s North Bay offices located in Santa Rosa and St. Helena, Leone supervises a team of administrative assistants for tax and assurance services. In addition, she directly supports two Partners. She’s responsible for the management of all administrative functions and works closely with the Firm’s administrative management team to create efficient systems and procedures firm-wide.
Leone has extensive experience managing and improving office operations. This includes recruiting, selecting, orienting and training administrative employees, as well as maintaining a safe and secure work environment and developing personal growth opportunities.
Leone also enjoys devoting time to the Firm’s community initiatives and is a member of the BPM community outreach team and Wellness Committee. She volunteers regularly at BPM’s adopted school in the North Bay, Kid Street Learning Center and the Redwood Empire Food Bank.
Leone ran her first (and only) marathon in Napa in 2014.
