Ulvi Shukurlu
Manager, Advisory
Ulvi Shukurlu is a Manager in BPM’s Advisory practice. He has extensive experience in providing valuation advisory services to businesses in technology, life science, real estate, manufacturing, professional services industries, among others.
Ulvi provides valuation services for M&A, IPO preparation, financial reporting requirements, tax and regulatory compliance, restructuring and reorganization, and management planning purposes.
He holds an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) certification from the American Society of Appraisers and an Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) certification from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
