Theresa has nineteen years of professional experience, from start-ups to non-profits, to mid-large size corporations. Theresa specializes in employee relations, conflict resolution, workforce planning, recruitment, training, coaching, organizational and staff development, performance management, process and procedure development, on-boarding and generalist level support.
Using her experience, Theresa often tackles organization-wide projects, like recommending best practice policies and procedures to streamline effectiveness of the organization, as well as recommending organizational structure to maximize growth for immediate and long-term goals and alignments. She also has experience in coaching both management and leadership teams in how to handle conflict resolution by creating a cohesive and collaborative environment.
