Ping is a collaborative leader who has a deep understanding of accounting and finance processes, helping the clients implement Internal Controls and SOX Compliance in an innovative and efficient manner.

Ping provides internal audit services to both public and private companies in a wide variety of industries including Consumer Business, Life Science, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Construction, Real Estate and Technology.

She has extensive experience in leading Sarbanes-Oxley (“SOX”) readiness and 404 compliance engagements. These typically include the development of annual planning and scoping, risk assessment, business and IT Risk Control Matrix (“RCM”), walkthroughs and narratives.

Additionally, Ping is experienced in Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission (“COSO”) 2013 framework, Standards for Attestation Engagements (“SSAE”) 18, Systems and Organization Controls type 1 (SOC1) evaluation, business and IT control testing, gap analysis and management’s report of internal controls.
