Lisa Yeager is a seasoned HR professional with 25 years of experience serving clients in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors in the San Francisco Bay and New York areas.

Lisa provides HR support to organizations ranging in size from five employees to more than 600. She brings significant experience in leadership development, employee relations, conflict resolution, HR department development and workflow process improvement, recruiting, performance management, training, employee handbooks, compliance, HCM system administration and overall support with day-to-day HR functions.

Lisa takes a strong service approach to serving clients and is inspired by the opportunity to affect positive outcomes for people and organizations. Prior to BPM, she helped develop an HR team to support an organization through a period of rapid growth from just 80 employees to more than 600 employees.
