A seasoned HR professional with 25 years of experience, Lisa Yeager serves organizations ranging in size from 50 employees to more than 600. She brings significant experience in recruiting, performance management, service culture training, misconduct investigations, leadership development, employee relations, conflict resolution, HR department development, and workflow process improvement.

Lisa is inspired by the opportunity to affect positive outcomes for people and organizations. Prior to BPM, she helped develop an HR team to support an organization through a period of rapid growth from just 80 employees to more than 600 employees.
