She brings significant experience in recruiting, performance management, service culture training, misconduct investigations, leadership development, employee relations, conflict resolution, HR department development, and workflow process improvement.
Lisa is inspired by the opportunity to affect positive outcomes for people and organizations. Prior to BPM, she helped develop an HR team to support an organization through a period of rapid growth from just 80 employees to more than 600 employees.
In her free time, Lisa enjoys the outdoors. She can often be found hiking, biking, running or riding her horse. She also volunteers with an equine therapy organization, where she works with children and adults to heal from various physical and neurological conditions through meaningful interactions between people and horses.
