Kelly has over six years of Assurance and accounting experience, which she uses to support clients as a Senior Manager at BPM.

She provides Technical Accounting services to private and publicly traded companies in the Consumer Business and Technology industries. Kelly specializes in new standards implementation, accounting for business combinations and complex transactions, and preparing clients for initial public offerings through IPO readiness services.

She also has extensive experience with equity financing, stock-based compensation, business combinations, revenue recognition under ASC 606, lease accounting under ASC 842, and SEC reporting and compliance.

Kelly Huang holds an active CPA license in California.
