Jerry Kahn is a Director in BPM’s Private Client Services practice, where he specializes in helping clients in the areas of investment analysis, tax planning, tax compliance, and wealth transfers. His clients include closely held businesses in a variety of industries, but especially manufacturing and real estate, as well as high-net-worth individuals and families. He brings both regional and national firm experience, having worked at Arthur Anderson early in his career. Some recent projects for clients include:

- Employee stock option planning
- Estate tax return preparation
