Jason is a multiskilled Managing Director on BPM’s Tax team. He has managed compliance engagements for clients ranging from family-owned enterprises to real estate funds with over $10B in assets under management.
He specializes in managing compliance engagements for clients with complex partnership mergers and restructurings.
In addition to his accounting experience, Jason graduated from law school in San Francisco and is licensed to practice law in California.
Jason’s in-depth accounting and legal background proves highly beneficial for clients, as he excels in analyzing, interpreting and applying complex partnership allocation provisions.
Jason Wang holds an active CPA license in California.
