Gina Garitson

Gina is a seasoned project manager with significant experience in leading projects and programs on behalf of professional service organizations. Gina is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a Master of Business Administration degree, with a specialization in operations management, from California State University, East Bay.

She works with clients, and client teams, to help drive projects and programs to their desired outcomes. Gina leverages project management and continuous improvement methodologies to optimize the delivery of client services. She works to mitigate obstacles for clients and colleagues by identifying business needs and introducing both, solutions and professional partners, to ensure client success.

Gina is a skilled communicator with a people-centered approach. Her personal mission is to serve others, clients, colleagues and the community, through excellence in project management.
