Since 2016, Dev Sivaraman has been BPM’s boots on the ground in Bengaluru, India. Working closely with our U.S. teams, Dev helped BPM establish its robust office and build its team to help serve clients more efficiently and effectively.

As a leader in our Bengaluru office, Dev and his team provide comprehensive solutions that make the process of opening an office overseas and access to offshore qualified professionals seamless and efficient.

Although Dev assumes the Office Director role today, his professional background is heavily focused in the accounting field, so he understands the needs of our clients and the workload of our colleagues.

Recently, Dev helped organize the opening of BPM’s new 25,000-square-foot office in Bengaluru. This new space ensures collaboration and communication to BPM teams in North America and provides more room for Bengaluru-based colleagues to join the Firm.

Dev is also instrumental in facilitating BPM’s Bengaluru Rotation Program. The program is designed to bring upper-level accounting colleagues to Bengaluru to train and support teams who work in India. It exposes our Bengaluru team to the people they work with day-to-day and gives them the ability to learn and ask questions in real-time. Conversely, it also gives visitors insight into the life and culture at and around the BPM Bengaluru office.
