Belle-Anna has dedicated her career to becoming an expert in HR and payroll business functions. She specializes in streamlining and supercharging business processes. Whether it’s optimizing, automating, or dazzling clients with ingenious solutions, she is ready to support clients.

As a seasoned multitasker, she can manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, direct the flow of HR information, lead the execution of various HR and payroll initiatives and introduce clients to new HRIS and/or payroll systems.

Previously, Belle-Anna has supported a VP of People to launch a new performance management system, HRIS and internal communication systems.

She is a strong behind-the-scenes HR asset who ensures everything from basic operational HR functions to complex payroll administration are managed and executed as efficiently as possible.
