Baaset Gholam
Baaset provides Internal Controls and SOX Compliance services for both public and private companies in a wide variety of industries including Life Science, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Retail, Consumer Products, Hospitality, Real Estate and Manufacturing.
He works on the internal audit functions for large global companies and has led internal controls and processes. Baaset also has experience in working on SOX readiness and 404 compliance engagements that includes the development of annual planning and scoping, risk assessment, business and IT RCM, COSO 2013 framework, SSAE 18 SOC 1 evaluation, business and IT control testing, gap analysis and management’s report of internal controls.
Baaset Gholam holds an active CPA license in Guam. He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor.
