BPM LLP has combined with O&S CPAs and Business Advisors in Long Beach, Calif., effective January 1, 2023.

Accounting Today covered the news, noting that the combination expands BPM’s Southern California client base and presence in the region. According to BPM CEO Jim Wallace, the two firms share “a mutual commitment to offering clients a blend of expertise and personal service.”

BPM, one of the 40 largest public accounting and advisory firms in the United States, has completed a series of mergers in Southern California since 2020. O&S, formerly known as Onisko & Scholz LLP, has been serving clients in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties for over 25 years, providing tax, accounting, advisory and forensic accounting services, mainly to closely held businesses and nonprofits.
