She previously led an outsourced accounting practice focused on Sage Intacct and has played a key role in more than 500 successful implementations across a broad range of industries, including hospitality, restaurants, nonprofit organizations, professional services, family wealth, and real estate. 

Jennifer’s expertise spans ERP strategy and implementation, accounting process design, audit readiness, and post-implementation optimization. She works closely with CFOs, controllers, and executive teams to modernize finance functions, improve operational efficiency, and design scalable systems that support growth. Her ability to bridge technical system architecture with practical accounting operations makes her a trusted advisor in complex, multi-entity environments. 

As an industry lead, Jennifer contributes to delivery standards, industry-specific solutions, and advisory best practices, helping organizations maximize the value of their financial systems while maintaining strong accounting discipline.   

Jennifer Kinzel holds an active CPA license in Ohio and is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
