Throughout her career at BPM, Jenise has helped clients achieve measurable results: faster month-end closes, improved staff-to-partner ratios, stronger employee satisfaction and retention, and significant savings on audit fees. She’s guided venture capital and private equity-backed startups through critical growth stages, ensuring they’re audit-ready and positioned to meet investor expectations. Her work in implementing accounting systems, strengthening internal controls, and coordinating tax, audit, advisory, and consulting services has consistently improved both operational efficiency and financial performance.

A California-licensed CPA and member of the AICPA, CalCPA, Family Office Exchange (FOX), and Women Presidents Organization (WPO), Jenise has been with BPM since 1992—longer than any other full-time colleague at the firm. She earned her BS in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
