A Partner in BPM’s Advisory Practice, Terry co-leads the Firm’s Private Capital Markets effort where he guides investors through post-deal value creation initiatives in their portfolio. With 25+ years of experience as an owner / operator and consultant, Terry has parlayed his entrepreneurial background into practice leadership, practice management and project governance innovation.
Terry’s M&A experience includes buy-side and sell-side transactions totaling $7B+ of enterprise value in the B2B services, consumer, healthcare and technology sectors.
