David serves as a Partner of Tax at BPM. With 34 years of experience, he has extensive experience helping his clients with M&A transactions and assisting with complex estate planning and organization. Throughout his career, David has been heavily involved in tax consulting and compliance, audits and reviews, and estates and trusts. David aims to assist his clients in all aspects of their accounting and tax needs.
David Jorgensen holds an active CPA license in California.
