SAN FRANCISCO, May 26, 2023 – BPM LLP, one of the 40 largest public accounting and advisory firms in the country, is excited to announce that Chief Transformation Officer Lindsay Stevenson has joined the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (the Association) Board of Directors and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) Council.
The Association Board is comprised of AICPA and CIMA members and directs the strategic vision of both organizations, serving 689,000 members, students and professionals. The combined effort of these two groups empowers the world’s most highly-skilled accountants – CPAs and CGMA designation holders – with the knowledge, insight and forethought to meet today’s demands and tomorrow’s challenges. In her role, Lindsay will work alongside other leaders in the accounting profession to execute and influence initiatives designed to advance both management and public accounting globally.

As BPM’s Chief Transformation Officer (CTO), Lindsay leads innovation initiatives within BPM, focusing on driving transformation and collaborating with the BPM team to explore what is possible. By setting goals, defining key performance indicators, and creating a roadmap for execution, Lindsay ensures successful transformation strategies that align with BPM’s vision, mission and values.

Lindsay has held many leadership roles within the Association throughout her career, including chairing the Women’s Initiatives Executive Committee (WIEC), chairing the Women’s Global Leadership Summit, co-chairing the ENGAGE conference planning committee and, most recently, chairing the DCPA Advisory Board. In addition, she has been named among AICPA and CPA Practice Advisor’s “25 Most Powerful Women in Accounting” for multiple years.
