Leading accounting and advisory firm earns spot for the 18th consecutive year; Testament to “Because People Matter” commitment

BPM has once again been named one of the North Bay Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work.” The annual ranking recognizes exceptional employers in the North Bay and highlights best workplace practices.

BPM is one of a select few companies to make the list every year since the North Bay Business Journal began the award program. As evidence of its commitment to its colleagues, BPM maintains a variety of people-focused efforts that embolden its workplace culture and empower minority groups.

“At BPM, our colleagues are our greatest differentiator,” says BPM North Bay Partner-in-Charge Michelle Muth Ausburn. “We understand that motivated and talented contributors are essential to any thriving organization. That’s why our Firm’s people-centric culture and brand promise, ‘Because People Matter,’ have enabled us to be consistently recognized as one of the ‘Best Places to Work.’”

The 105 employers from Solano, Napa, Sonoma and Marin Counties this year were selected after being nominated and then scoring highly enough on employee surveys. Winners will be celebrated during a Sept. 13 event at Graton Resort and Casino in Rohnert Park, Calif.
