BPM LLP is proud to announce that San Francisco Business Times has recognized BPM Tax Partner Erin Roche as one of its “Most Influential Women in the Bay Area” for 2023.

Andre Shevchuck, Tax Partner and Partner in Charge of the Firm’s San Francisco and Walnut Creek offices, congratulated Erin, stating, “We at BPM are very proud of Erin, whose dedication to her practice as a CPA has earned her this well-deserved recognition.”

As evidence of her influence in the profession, Erin was named an “Outstanding Young CPA” by AICPA in 2021 and a “Woman to Watch – Experienced Leader” by CalCPA in 2020.

Erin is a crucial partner for business owners in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. Helping closely held businesses and their owners with tax compliance and planning, she affords these individuals a unique value – knowledge of the underlying implications of their business choices and the confidence to make the best possible decisions in pursuit of their ultimate goals.

With CalCPA, Erin serves on the statewide Governing Council. Additionally, she serves on the board for the San Francisco Chapter and on the State Management of an Accounting Practice Committee. Erin served on the board of directors from 2016-2021 for the Community Support Network, which helps individuals in Sonoma County realize their potential by providing supportive housing.

With deep gratitude, Erin said, “I am humbled to be included in this cohort of accomplished women from the Bay Area. The collective achievements of this group are truly inspiring. My heartfelt congratulations to all the honorees.”

Erin and the other winners were recognized at a 2023 Most Influential Women of the Bay Area event on October 3 in San Francisco, and featured in a special issue.
