Sheena Liang

Sheena Liang has over seven years of experience with auditing public and privately held companies.

She specializes in supporting clients with Audit services, as well as Reviews & Compilations services. Sheena caters to clients from diverse backgrounds, including those in the Technology, Consumer Business, and Retail industries. This includes both SEC clients and private organizations. Sheena has extensive experience with audits under PCAOB standards and SEC filings and a technical background in areas such as revenue recognition, leases, consolidations and accounting for equity transactions.

Sheena demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and practices across International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Before joining BPM in 2023, Sheena worked on the Assurance team at a Big Four firm in Canada. Her background allows her to bring Big Four experience to her client engagements.

Huixin (Sheena) Liang holds an active CPA license in Washington state and Chartered Professional Accountant license in Ontario, Canada.
