He holds the following designations: Certified Financial Planner® Practitioner (CFP®) designation, a Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) and Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®). He also holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 65 and 24 Securities Licenses. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Portland State University, where he served as the President of the Financial Management Association. He later completed the CFP®, ChFC® and CAP® programs through the American College.
