She is experienced in performing SOC 1®, SOC 2® and SOC 3® examinations and SOC readiness assessments.
Marguerite conducts independent testing of ITGC and application controls for external audit clients SOX 404(b). Additionally, she helps develop ITGC frameworks for internal audit clients needing to develop Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (“ICFR”).
Marguerite has participated in BPM’s ITGC PCAOB reviews on numerous occasions.
