Shamiso is a Director with BPM, with experience in auditing both Gaming and Non-Gaming Revenue for large PCAOB clients. She has experience with Gaming Control Board Compliance Agreed-Upon Procedures, Employee Benefit Plan audits, Goodwill and Intangibles, Business Combinations, SOX Controls Testing, AICPA Audits, Going Concern Analysis, and more. Recently, Shamiso liaised with the Nevada Gaming Control Board to determine levels of acceptability for large publicly listed clients to not lose their licenses during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Shamiso holds an active CPA license in Nevada.
