Greg is a Senior Tax Consultant at BPM. His key area of focus is in real estate where he helps clients with transactional structuring, tax reporting, tax planning and more. He has extensive experience assisting clients with analyzing tax and business consequences of rolling up multiple partnerships/properties into one new entity and the formation of new private real estate equity funds.
