Carlos Rojas

Manager, Assurance
Carlos is a Manager with BPM’s Assurance group, responsible for compilations, reviews and audits.
He supervises a staff of CPAs and paraprofessionals preparing GAAP and GASB financial statements for use by management, lending institutions and grantors.
Carlos spends most of his professional time serving clients in the Nonprofit and Government industries. He supervises Yellow Book, A-133 and standard Nonprofit audit engagements.
In addition, he supervises compilations and reviews for-profit engagements.
Carlos Rojas holds an active CPA license in California.
