Investing in our colleagues and their careers is a top priority at BPM, so we are very proud that Heather Esposito, Director of Learning & Development (L&D) at BPM, has won a 2024 OnCon Icon Award and is recognized in the Top 10 Learning & Development Professional category. This recognition shines a light on Heather’s outstanding contributions to transformational learning and development, her meaningful impact on our BPM colleagues and her exceptional leadership. 

The OnCon (short for OnConferences) team determined the finalists based on applications, nominations and their own research. Voting on finalists was open to the public. OnCon asked voters to consider the nominee’s impact on their organization, contributions to their professional community, innovation in their role and leadership. 

“I am truly humbled and grateful to be recognized by OnCon,” said Heather Esposito. “This award is not just a reflection of my own efforts, but a testament to the incredible team I have the privilege to work with every day. Together, we are continuously building a learning and development program that not only supports the growth and success of our colleagues but also contributes to the overall success of BPM. I am proud of what we have accomplished and excited to continue pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the world of L&D.” 

For the last six years, Heather has focused much of her work on the neuroscience of quality conversations, growth mindset, psychological safety and building a culture of coaching. She backs this up with over 2,500 hours of coaching experience with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Her leadership and strategic vision have helped BPM attract, retain and develop top talent in a highly competitive industry.
