BPM’s standout performance is highlighted by several key achievements:
- Overall: Climbed to #19 from #23 in the ranking.
- Quality of Life: Improved across all 18 categories, including Work/Life Balance, Firm Culture and Compensation.
- Diversity: Ranked among the ‘Top 3’ in Racial & Ethnic Diversity and LGBTQ+ Diversity categories; and ‘Top 5’ in Overall Diversity and Diversity for Women categories.
