The breakdown is as follows: 35% Prestige, 20% Firm Culture, 10% Satisfaction, 10% Compensation, 10% Work-Life Balance, 5% Business Outlook, 5% Formal Training and 5% Informal Training.

BPM’s standout performance is highlighted by several key achievements:

  • Overall: Climbed to #19 from #23 in the ranking.
  • Quality of Life: Improved across all 18 categories, including Work/Life Balance, Firm Culture and Compensation.
  • Diversity: Ranked among the ‘Top 3’ in Racial & Ethnic Diversity and LGBTQ+ Diversity categories; and ‘Top 5’ in Overall Diversity and Diversity for Women categories.
  • Prestige (‘Top 50’ list): Advanced to #32 from #35 in the ranking.
