Stacy leads BPM’s HR Consulting, Payroll and HR Technology team. She brings depth and breadth of knowledge to the team, having executive level experience in large corporations, as well as nonprofit organizations – developing and driving business strategy and leading diverse teams to successful outcomes.
Stacy has an extensive background in all areas of HR including payroll, systems, total rewards, employee relations and training, however her passion lies around building culture and strategic alignment that drives productivity and revenue.
Through Stacy’s leadership, the team assists clients in the assessment of current workflows and technologies in use, identifying areas of risk or non-compliance and recommending changes based on industry best practices. She manages several technology and payroll vendor partnerships to offer discounts and elevated service models to BPM clients.
Stacy leads the initiative, BPM Link, a strategic performance tool that provides organizations and their employees an opportunity to align on strategic initiatives through a flexible and convenient web-based platform. Using the tool, businesses can become agile, collaborative, inclusive, values driven and develop a unique and sustainable culture.
Stacy lives in San Ramon with her husband Shaun and two children Mason and Emma. In her free time, she loves to travel, cook and spend time with her family.
Stacy’s father was an FBI Agent and Bomb Technician for many years, and he worked on many notable cases including the Unabomber, Polly Klaas kidnapping and Oklahoma City Bombing. In his retirement he was featured on the hit TV show MythBusters many times where he safely provided the cast with explosives to blow up all sorts of items, including a cement truck!Â
