Ryan has over 15 years of public accounting experience, serving both public and private companies in a variety of industries. He is well versed in the financial services industry, where he has served FinTech, lenders, marketplace lending, alternative investment funds, registered investment advisors (RIAs) and broker-dealers. Having spent his career in the San Francsico Bay Area, Ryan has significant experience working with technology clients.

Additionally, Ryan has served blockchain and digital asset clients and investment funds for over a decade. He also provides audit and consultation services on all employee benefit plans and leads BPM’s Employee Benefit Plan Industry Group.

Ryan specializes in in all aspects of revenue recognition, consolidation, business combination, accounting for stock-based compensation, and SEC reporting.

In addition to serving his clients, Ryan enjoys mentoring and coaching BPM’s junior team members.

Ryan Davis holds an active CPA license in California.
