Prashant Parashar is a Manager in BPM’s Advisory practice and advises clients on complex valuation matters for tax, financial reporting, transaction, and strategic planning purposes. He provides valuation and advisory services to privately held companies, their owners, and investors. His areas of expertise include IRC Section 409A valuations, enterprise and equity valuations, stock-based compensation, complex securities and financial instruments, purchase price allocations, intangible asset valuations, and gift and estate planning. He also assists clients with valuation matters arising from disputes, litigation, and ownership transitions.
Prashant has extensive experience serving companies across a broad range of industries, including technology, life sciences, healthcare, software, manufacturing, and financial services. He has led complex valuation engagements requiring in-depth financial analysis and has prepared valuation reports and supporting documentation used in connection with audit reviews, tax reporting, regulatory compliance, transactions, and dispute-related matters.
Prashant has more than eight years of valuation experience, including experience with the valuation practice of a leading accounting firm. He earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), Greater Noida, India.
