With over 25 years of experience in public accounting and private industry, Nick is the Firm’s Chief Growth Officer. He brings deep knowledge in serving a diverse range of technology clients including semiconductor, SaaS, software, life science, networking and manufacturing.
Nick has participated in numerous initial public offerings and has extensive experience with business combinations, financing arrangements, working with boards and SEC reporting and compliance. He also co-leads BPM’s Technology Industry Group.
Nick Steiner holds an active CPA license in California.
