Kevin is a Partner in BPM’s Corporate Tax Practice. He has over 19 years of experience in public accounting, providing a wide range of corporate tax services to public and private companies, primarily in the technology, life sciences, clean energy and consumer product sectors. He has extensive experience serving companies in applying accounting standards such as ASC 740 (FAS109 and FIN 48) and IAS 12. He has assisted companies with financial reporting of tax implications of complex transactions and life events such as acquisitions, divestitures, public offerings, and spin-offs.
Kevin received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics (Accounting Emphasis) at the University of California Santa Barbara and a Master of Accountancy from Golden Gate University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
