Elizabeth provides tax consulting and compliance services to flow-through entities across a broad range of real estate and investment activities. Since joining BPM in 2018, she has advised clients with both straightforward and complex organizational structures, including multi-entity real estate portfolios, investment partnerships, and operating businesses. 

Her experience includes serving clients involved in commercial and residential real estate, acquisitions and dispositions, like-kind exchanges, property development, real estate investments, and asset management activities.  

Elizabeth is recognized for her responsive client service, attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex tax matters while maintaining a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach. 

In addition to serving her clients, Elizabeth actively participates in the Real Estate Industry Group and BPM’s internal Parents & Caregivers Resource Group. She is passionate about mentoring staff and focuses on developing a strong team committed to excellent client service. 

Elizabeth Anderson holds an active CPA license in California. 

Interesting tidbit

In her spare time, Elizabeth is a very creative person and loves to work on various artistic projects such as painting or crafting. She is currently working on her personal goal of writing and illustrating a children’s book inspired by her daughter.
