Dilys has over seven years of experience in auditing and technical accounting services and is a Technical Accounting & IPO Readiness Senior Manager at BPM. Before joining BPM in 2019, Dilys worked in corporate accounting for a technology company and at other public accounting firms in the San Francisco Bay Area.
She specializes in a wide variety of technical accounting services. Dilys has helped clients with IPO/SPAC readiness and audit readiness services and through complex accounting matters, including equity and debt financing, lease implementation, revenue recognition, stock-based compensation and business combinations.
