As a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) and Senior Manager, Stock Plan Administrator at BPM, Alex provides equity consulting and administrative support to both private and public companies. This includes management of routine employee equity compensation activity, SBC expense reporting, special projects, investor fundraising, and IPO/liquidity readiness.
Before joining BPM in 2022, Alex spent four years at Morgan Stanley’s Shareworks division, where he supported clients with complex needs and became a superuser for Shareworks, a comprehensive equity compensation platform. Additionally, he spent a year in Morgan Stanley’s Compensation Benchmarking division.
Alex’s great attention to detail lends itself perfectly to complex projects such as helping companies migrate their equity-tracking database from one platform to another, complex audit and IPO preparedness, and special transactions such as stock splits, reprices, and equity exchange programs.
Interesting tidbit
In his spare time, Alex enjoys hiking, exploring the Puget Sound and Seattle, and especially motorcycling any chance he gets. In line with his education, Alex also has a passion for mental health and personal growth.
