Adam is a Tax Director with more than 20 years of public accounting experience serving middle-market companies in the wine, agribusiness, and consumer products sectors. He advises businesses and their owners on complex tax matters, including corporate and pass-through taxation, business transactions, and succession planning.

Adam works closely with owners and family-owned businesses to help them navigate evolving tax regulations and capitalize on planning opportunities that support their operational and financial objectives.

Throughout his career, Adam has led large client engagements and tax teams, providing practical guidance and responsive service to organizations at various stages of growth. He is a graduate of Sacramento State University and earned a Master’s Degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University.
