Will leads BPM’s Technical Accounting Group, advising public and private companies in Silicon Valley and the larger Bay Area. He applies his expertise to a variety of industries, including life science, financial services, technology and consumer products. Will guides clients through implementing new standards, accounting for business combinations and complex transactions, and preparing clients for initial public offerings through IPO Readiness services.
Known to some as an accounting enthusiast, Will has dedicated his career to understanding new accounting standards as they are developed, while providing clients a deep level of proficiency of complex pre-existing standards. He is consistently recognized for his ability to deliver an excellent client experience through the quality and timeliness of his deliverables.
