Perry Ghilarducci

Perry Ghilarducci has more than thirty-seven years of executive experience in the tax and accounting field. After he earned his California CPA license in 1985, he seized the opportunity to start his business. He approaches detail meticulously and customer service tenaciously.

Perry specializes in helping businesses and individuals set strategic goals and create action plans to help achieve those goals. He concentrates on corporate, partnership, estate and trust taxation and small business consulting for family-owned businesses. He also works on financial strategies for businesses and their key stakeholders.

He has significant experience working with clients and companies in providing access to Covid relief programs, including the Paycheck Protection Program, Economic Injury Disaster Loans, Restaurant Revitalization Funding, and Shuttered Venue Operator’s Grants programs.

Perry has worked with clients to prepare strategic assessment reports that cover best practices, as well as evaluating their accounting systems and processes. These reports contain several recommendations for improvements to existing systems and processes, and an action plan to move forward with outsourced accounting, tax, and advisory services.

He also provides outsourced accounting services in both the Hospitality and Wine industries, including paying bills, recording sales, processing payroll, and providing management reports to key stakeholders. Some of Perry’s specialty services include cash flow forecasting and budgeting with variance analysis.
