He holds an MBA from the University of Central Florida and he is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Valuation Analyst and a Wharton Online certificate holder in the materiality of ESG factors.

Howie is driven by his passion to help clients achieve their business objectives and overcome their challenges. He does this by applying his analytical skills, process improvement techniques, and forensic accounting knowledge. He has a proven track record of delivering results, optimizing performance and enhancing profitability. Before joining BPM, he drove financial planning and analysis, treasury, strategic planning, and people management at fast-growing and innovative companies, such as The Comfy, ECOVACS Robotics, and Mayvenn.

Howie’s passion for connecting Southeast Asia and U.S. businesses is reflected in his successful track record, having facilitated the launch of U.S. branches for multiple Southeast Asian companies. His adept navigation of complex international business landscapes aligns seamlessly with his global professional experiences and cultural background.
Howie also has a strong background in international merchandising finance, having worked with Tupperware Brands for 10 years in various markets and regions. He is always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities in the dynamic and evolving field of accounting and advisory.
