Elizabeth has approximately 20 years of experience in public accounting, including more than 12 years at a Big-Four firm. She has extensive experience with tax compliance and consultation for consolidated multinational corporations (public and private), multistate corporations, partnerships, and individuals. She has assisted clients with the implementation of the Tangible Property Regulations, research and development tax credits, Payroll Protection Program loan applications and forgiveness, Employee Retention Credit claims and net-operating loss carryback claims.
Elizabeth also spent more than five years on overseas assignments, working with clients on international tax compliance, consultation and other international tax considerations for individuals living, working and investing abroad.
More recently, Elizabeth has been assisting high-net-worth individuals and their closely held businesses with tax compliance, planning and projections, tax research and consultation, and other tax matters, including IRS and Franchise Tax Board (FTB) examinations.
Elizabeth Dodson holds an active CPA license in California.
